Colony Square Redevelopment + Updates
An urban, amenity-rich and arts-infused place to gather and soak up Midtown’s vibe, the reimagined Colony Square will encompass two office towers and loft offices totaling 892,000 square feet, residential condos, a 467-room hotel and 143,000 square feet of carefully curated entertainment, retail and fitness concepts, chef-driven restaurants and an experience-driven food hall known as Main & Main.

Open, walkable and transit-friendly, the reimagined Colony Square will be seamlessly connected to the vibrant energy of the streets around it. Like all great city squares, Colony Square is alive with possibility.

COMING SOON...
FitLab – A unique, first-to-market concept that will bring together multiple “elements” to provide a holistic offering of fitness practices. Colony Square’s FitLab will encompass concepts across several categories including, barre, cycle, Pilates, strength-training, and boxing, along with a juice bar to help users stay energized before and after workouts.

The Green – This flexible event space situated on the corner of Peachtree and 15th Streets will play host to entertaining the thousands of visitors and residents that cross the destination’s path daily. The Green will serve as Midtown’s “living room,” inviting the community to experience the urban destination infused with art, cultural experiences, events and street-level energy.

The Quad – This open-air gathering space will serve as a dynamic entertainment area designed for a wide range of programming, ranging from comedy nights, live music, fitness classes, chef demonstrations and more. This area will host Colony Square’s 200+ signature and seasonal events throughout the year.

Main & Main Food Hall – This experience-driven food hall anchoring 14th and Peachtree Streets, the highest density corner in the Southeast, Main & Main is curated by chefs for chefs. Its design is optimized for exceptional event programming and activations that will create an energy curve from noon to night at the heart of Midtown Atlanta.

The Grove – A new green space, The Grove will embrace its 80-foot trees and be the spot for the community to gather and soak up Midtown’s vibe. Outfitted and activated with soft seating, Spanish steps, a beer garden and plenty of shade, The Grove will serve as the gateway to Main & Main, creating energy along the 14th Street corridor at the pinnacle of Midtown’s Juniper Street Streetscape Project.
