About

Colony Square, located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, was constructed in the early 1970's as Atlanta's original mixed-use project. Today, Colony Square is a state-of-the-art, amenity filled, bustling complex offering tenants efficient office space, residential condominiums, a hotel (the W hotel)and a retail mall. The two office towers, totaling 700,000 square feet, provide tenants with a variety of options, with 14,400 square foot floor plates in the 100 Tower to 19,000 square foot floor plates in the 400 Tower.

Colony Square is located at the epicenter of Midtown and anchors the Midtown Mile. With 46 floors overlooking Peachtree Street, the complex is within walking distance of the Midtown MARTA station (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) and Atlanta's Woodruff Arts Center including the High Museum of Art, the College of Art and Symphony Hall. The Complex is a short drive to the intersection of I-75/I-85. Colony Square tenants have excellent access to all of Atlanta by rail or car.

The most recent renovation to the retail mall included granite flooring, a raised skylight, mahogany-wrapped columns and numerous retailers. State-of-the-art security is an integral part of the complex, as all tenants have photo integrated badges for entry and identification. In addition to security guards who are on site 24/7, the building has a CCTV Digital Video recording and alarm systems with JPEG photo identification badging system.

Colony Square has an amenity package far superior than any other building in the city of Atlanta; offering fine dining by Shout and Tamarind Seed. Fast food is available for those in a hurry from nationally known retailers like Blimpie, MOE’s and Chick-fil-A. There are also retailers that provide valuable services to the tenants at Colony Square as well as the surrounding buildings. These include a dry cleaner, convenience store, fitness center, copy and parcel service, eye care, nails, skin and a hair salon.
